How it works
What uses a credit. One chat answer, or one food and plant scan. The droppings tracker, the heat forecast, the vet finder and the offline emergency triage do not use credits.
Monthly credits. An active plan includes 750 credits each month. They reset on your billing date and do not roll over — they are part of the plan, not a balance.
Topped-up credits are yours. Packs you buy never expire, and cancelling a plan does not take them away. Monthly credits are spent first, so a top-up is only ever touched once the included ones are gone.
